My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious but could have been cleaner, without bugs thankfully, and had an unpleasant odor. The service was very friendly and accommodating, but I wish they had compensated for the room change due to my OCD. The location was initially nice but needed some sprucing up, although it was convenient for the event we attended. The dining experience was a bit pricey and limited due to current circumstances, but the afternoon tea was a nice touch.

The hotel had spacious rooms, but cleanliness could have been improved, especially the bathroom, considering the price paid. The service, though friendly, could address repeat occurrences, like the airport shuttle confusion. The location was a mix of suspect areas and convenient access to restaurants and clubs. The dining experience was extremely expensive compared to a typical continental buffet. Overall, the value for money was questionable due to cleanliness and service issues.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the linens and bath towels were fresh, but they weren't anything special. However, there was an unpleasant odor when I walked in the door, which I didn't quite like. Overall, the rooms seemed a bit run down.

Service

The service was top-notch! The staff was smiling, helpful, and true service professionals.
Location
6.0
The location was the only good thing about the hotel. It was a perfect place to relax and read, and the staff was excellent. However, the rooms were older and very dated, and I was disturbed by the constant noise from a service door nearby.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit disappointing. The food was almost cold, and the prices were extremely expensive compared to what one would expect from a typical continental buffet in a similar location.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel facilities were limited, and there were some issues with the dining experience. The lack of staff affected the overall dining quality, and I didn't find the dining experience to be worth the high prices.
