My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious but could have been cleaner, without bugs thankfully, and had an unpleasant odor. The service was very friendly and accommodating, but I wish they had compensated for the room change due to my OCD. The location was initially nice but needed some sprucing up, although it was convenient for the event we attended. The dining experience was a bit pricey and limited due to current circumstances, but the afternoon tea was a nice touch.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the linens and bath towels were fresh, but they weren't anything special. However, there was an unpleasant odor when I walked in the door, which I didn't quite like. Overall, the rooms seemed a bit run down.
